Mal Lucas-Smith together with CS&AS Pty Ltd, provides a wide range of corporate, representative, agency, compliance and other services as required to local or overseas based publicly listed or private corporations, trusts or individuals long or short term depending on the nature of the services required.

The scope of available services includes but is not limited to:

· acting as part time company secretary;

· acting as a local company Director – additional local Directors can be provided;

· acting as a representative, agent, registered office or place of business within Australia for off shore entities;

· listed and unlisted trust management and responsible entity management;

· acting as a member of a compliance committee;

· dealing with the Australian Securities Exchange;

· dealing with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission;

· acting as company public officer;

· keeping company records;

· arranging and conducting board meetings;

· arranging and conducting member’s meetings;

· preparing appropriate resolutions;

· producing minutes of meetings;

· handling investor relations;

· dealing with dividends and distributions to members;

Fees charged for the services required are by agreement and payable in Australian Dollars.
